CHIEF MINISTER OF SELANGOR INAUGURATES BANDAR SAUJANA PUTRA FLYOVER DEVELOPED BY LBS
Petaling Jaya, 7 July 2024 – LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS” or the “Group”), a developer guided by people-first values, held a ceremony today to launch the Bandar Saujana Putra (“BSP”) flyover, a long-awaited project for the residents of Bandar Saujana Putra and surrounding users. The ceremony was officiated by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin Bin Shari, the Chief Minister of Selangor, and witnessed by YM Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar Bin Raja Salim, Chief Executive Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad; YB Izham Hashim, Exco for Public Infrastructure and Facilities, YBhg Dato’ Amirul Azizan Bin Dato’ Sri Abd Rahim, Yang DiPertua of Majlis Perbandaran Kuala Langat; YBhg Tan Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, Group Executive Chairman of LBS; and YBhg Datuk Wira Lim Hock Guan, Group Managing Director of LBS.
The BSP flyover project, announced in 2019, is now open for public use. It links to the North-South Expressway Central Link (Elite) and South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE) highways. Currently, BSP boasts a population of approximately 20,000 people, excluding nearby residents. This flyover is expected to significantly improve traffic flow in the area.
The Group Executive Chairman of LBS, YBhg Tan Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, expressed satisfaction upon completing the BSP flyover project. “Despite facing challenges, including those during the pandemic, I am pleased that we have completed this project. I believe that this flyover will alleviate traffic congestion and enhance traffic flow at this critical location.”
The completion of this flyover marks a significant milestone and was completed at the right time, aligning with our newly launched BSP Sutera last April. This low-density development comprises apartments and townhouses, projected to generate a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM 207 million, and it will add value to Bandar Saujana Putra. This township is a strategically developed mixed development that offers a comprehensive selection of serviced residences, houses, and commercial units that cater to the needs of every Malaysian,” added Tan Sri.
According to YM Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar bin Raja Salim, Chief Executive Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB), “As a result of the construction of the flyover and the Bandar Saujana Putra intersections connected to the main highway network, I am optimistic that the value of real estates in this area and its environs will rise dramatically.”
Meanwhile, YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, the Chief Minister of Selangor, emphasised the significance of the flyover in his address, stating, “The Selangor State Government is prioritising the well-being of its people. The launch of the Bandar Saujana Putra flyover aims to improve residents’ quality of life by reducing travel time and traffic congestion.” He also expressed gratitude to LBS for their contribution to the construction of the flyover.

Projek jejambat BSP tersebut, telah diumumkan pada 2019, kini dibuka untuk kegunaan awam. Ia menghubungkan Lebuhraya Utara-Selatan Hubungan Tengah (Elite) dan Lebuhraya Lembah Klang Selatan (SKVE). Pada masa ini, populasi penduduk BSP mencecah hampir seramai 20,000 orang dan jejambat ini dijangka membantu mengawal aliran trafik di kawasan ini.
Pengerusi Eksekutif Kumpulan LBS, Tan Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, menzahirkan rasa syukur di atas penyempurnaan projek jejambat BSP tersebut. “Di sebalik pelbagai cabaran yang dihadapi oleh LBS, terutama sewaktu pandemik, saya gembira projek ini berjaya disiapkan. Saya percaya jejambat ini akan membantu mengurangkan kesesakan lalu lintas dan membantu meningkatkan aliran trafik di lokasi kritikal ini”.
Penyempurnaan jejambat ini juga menandakan satu pencapaian penting dan tepat pada masanya, selaras dengan pelancaran projek BSP Sutera LBS pada April lepas. Pembangunan ini terdiri daripada unit pangsapuri dan rumah bandar dengan Nilai Pembangunan Kasar (GDV) sebanyak RM 207 juta, di mana ianya akan memberi nilai tambah di Bandar Saujana Putra. Perbandaran ini terdiri daripada pembangunan bercampur yang strategik dengan pilihan komprehensif kediaman dan unit komersial yang memenuhi keperluan rakyat,” tambah Tan Sri.
Menurut YM Raja Ahmad Shahrir Iskandar bin Raja Salim, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad (PNSB), “Jejambat dan persimpangan Bandar Saujana Putra ini juga menghubungkan rangkaian lebuh raya utama, maka dengan pembangunan ini, saya yakin nilai hartanah di Bandar Saujana Putra dan sekitar akan meningkat dengan ketara.”
YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Menteri Besar Selangor, turut menekankan kepentingan jejambat dalam ucapannya, menyatakan, “Kerajaan Negeri Selangor sentiasa memberi keutamaan terhadap kesejahteraan rakyatnya. Pelancaran jejambat Bandar Saujana Putra ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualiti hidup penduduk dengan mengurangkan masa perjalanan dan kesesakan lalu lintas.” Beliau turut merakamkan ucapan terima kasih kepada LBS atas sumbangan Syarikat terhadap pembinaan jejambat tersebut.

（八打灵再也6日）林木生集团为太子城和周围的居民万众期待的太子城高架天桥举行揭幕仪式，邀请雪兰莪州务大臣拿督斯里阿米鲁丁担任开幕嘉宾，并由雪兰莪国民投资机构首席执行官拉惹阿末沙里尔，雪州基础设施及农业行政议员依兹汉，瓜拉冷岳市议会主席拿督阿米鲁，林木生集团兼创建集团执行主席丹斯里拿督斯里林福山太平局绅博士工程师，以及林木生集团集团董事经理拿督威拉林福源见证。
这个于2019年宣布的项目至今已开放让公众使用，连接南北大道第二中环衔接大道（Elite）和南巴生谷大道（SKVE）。目前，太子城不包括当地居民，人口大约为2万人。随着高架天桥的启用，将有助舒缓该区域交通拥挤情况。
林木生集团兼创建集团执行董事主席丹斯里拿督斯里林福山太平局绅工程师对太子城高架天桥项目的落成深表满意，他表示：“尽管面对各种挑战，包括疫情的冲击，但我对此项目的完成感到十分安慰。我相信这座高架天桥将缓解并增强这关键地点的车流问题。
林福山补充道：“本次高架公路项目的完工达到了重要的里程碑，并同时与去年四月的BSP Sutera项目的推行保持一致。这低密度的开发项目包括了预计产生总发展值 (GDV) 达 2亿700万令吉的公寓和城市排屋，这也将为太子城增值。这个城镇是个战略性开发的混合发展项目，并提供全面的服务式住宅，房屋，和商业单位选择，以满足每个马来西亚人的需求。”
雪州投资公司总执行长拉惹阿末沙里尔：“随着高架天桥的落成，加上太子城连接主要高速公路，我很乐观的认为本区域及其周边地区的房地产将大幅上涨。”
