LBS Named as Top 5 Developers at MDA 2023
Awarded with the Top of The Charts (under RM1 billion category) – Top 5
Petaling Jaya, 25 August 2023 – A renowned people’s developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS” or the “Group”) is pleased to announce that the Group is a winner at the Malaysia Developer Awards (“MDA”) 2023 for the Top Of The Charts (under RM1 billion category) – Top 5 (“Award”). This marks the second consecutive year in which LBS has been bestowed with this prestigious Award. The Award was conferred by YB Tuan Haji Akmal Nasrullah bin Mohd Nasir, Deputy Minister of Local Government Development and Star Media Group CEO, Mr Alex Yeow, to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer of LBS, Mr Lucas Lim Kim Kiat at the awards ceremony held at M Resort & Hotel KL last night.
The MDA is a joint collaboration between Star Media Group and FIABCI- Malaysia. It aims to serve as a benchmark of excellence for property developers to elevate themselves to international standards and strengthen the Malaysian property industry in the global arena.
Winners were selected by a panel of esteemed judges and validated by official auditors based on their outstanding corporate performance and high governance standards.
Commenting on the award, LBS Chief Executive Officer, Datuk Wira Joey Lim, said, “We are thrilled to have received this award for the second consecutive year. As the ‘People’s Developer’, LBS is committed towards exceeding expectations and delivering high quality projects that will benefit all. LBS yielded positive results for the recent Q2FYE2023 with PAT of RM36.7 million, seeing a Y-O-Y increase by 10.7%. The Group has secured RM 1.09 billion in total property sales and RM 373 million bookings as of 15 August 2023. These commendable numbers are testament that LBS are on the right track to maintaining a solid end to the year.
Being recognised at the MDA along other peers showcases that LBS is a key industry player and leader in the property sector. We continue to grow, and our strong financials and balance sheet are testament of our capabilities. LBS Dinobat Sebagai Lima Pemaju Perumahan Terbaik di MDA 2023
Petaling Jaya, 25 Ogos 2023 – Pemaju perumahan terkemuka, LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS” atau “Kumpulan”) telah merangkul Anugerah Pemaju Perumahan Malaysia (“MDA”) 2023 untuk kategori bawah RM 1 bilion (5 Terbaik) buat kali kedua berturut-turut. Anugerah disampaikan oleh YB Tuan Haji Akmal Nasrullah bin Mohd Nasir, Timbalan Menteri Pembangunan dan Kerajaan Tempatan disaksikan oleh Ketua Pegawai Operasi, Kumpulan Media Star, En Alex Yeow, kepada Timbalan Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif LBS, En Lucas Lim Kim Kiat di majlis penganugerahan yang berlangsung di M Resorts & Hotel Kuala Lumpur kelmarin.
MDA merupakan suatu usaha sama di antara Kumpulan Media Star dan FIABCI-Malaysia dan menjadi penanda aras kecemerlangan bagi para pemaju hartanah untuk mendedahkan mereka ke peringkat antarabangsa di samping mengukuhkan industri hartanah Malaysia di peringkat global.
Pemenang dipilih oleh panel hakim yang bertauliah dan disahkan oleh juruaudit rasmi berdasarkan rekod prestasi korporat cemerlang syarikat serta piawaian pengurusan mereka yang tinggi.

Kumpulan telah memperoleh RM 1.09 bilion dalam jumlah jualan hartanah dan RM 373 juta tempahan pada 15 Ogos 2023. Angka-angka yang membanggakan ini merupakan bukti bahawa LBS berada di landasan yang betul untuk mengekalkan pendapatan penghujung tahun yang kukuh.
Diiktiraf di MDA bersama rakan industri yang lain memberi indikator bahawa LBS turut diangkat sebagai salah sebuah pemain industri utama dan peneraju di dalam sektor hartanah. 林木生集团获5大发展商荣誉
（八打灵再也25日讯）著名房产发展商林木生集团（LBS）宣布，在 2023年马来西亚发展商颁奖礼（MDA）上，针对10亿令吉市值以下的奖项类别，获颁 5大房地产发展商的荣誉。这是该集团连续第2年在此颁奖礼获荣誉。林木生集团副总执行长林金杰昨晚位于吉隆坡M Resort & Hotel的颁奖礼上，从地方政府发展部副部长阿克玛的手中接下奖座；由星报媒体集团总执行长饶伟孝见证。
MDA是星报媒体集团世界不动产联盟马来西亚分会（FIABCI Malaysia）联办的颁奖礼，旨在成为房地产发展商的卓越基准，以提升业者的国际声誉和地位。
获奖者是由一组受尊重评委选出，并由官方审计师根据其公司绩效和优质治理标准，而进行验证。
