SELANGOR, 6 October 2023 – LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS”), a renowned people’s developer, and its subsidiary, MGB Berhad (“MGB”) (collectively known as the “Group”), a construction and property development solutions provider, are delighted to announce an upcoming strategic collaboration with the Malaysia Green Technology and Climate Change Corporation (“MGTC”). MGTC is an agency under the Ministry of Natural Resources, Environment, and Climate Change, mandated to drive the country’s efforts in Green Growth, Climate Change Mitigation, and Green Lifestyle.
🤝 The Consortium and Its Objective
This collaboration will establish a consortium comprising:

The primary objective is to revolutionize the solar energy landscape by integrating cutting-edge green technologies into the next evolution of solar farming. This includes incorporating:
Carbon Capture Storage (CCS)
Crop Cultivation
Water Harvesting
This consortium represents a significant advancement in the field of renewable energy while simultaneously promoting the development of innovative large-scale solar programs.
📝 Official Exchange of the Letter of Intent (LOI)
The exchange of the Letter of Intent (“LOI”) occurred during the International Greentech & Eco Products Exhibition & Conference Malaysia 2023 at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.
LBS was represented by its Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Ir. Lim Hock San.
MGB was represented by its Group Managing Director, Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan.
MGTC was represented by Ts. Shamsul Bahar Mohd Nor, the Group Chief Executive Officer.
MWG was represented by Dato’ Alvin Lam Lip Shyan and Datuk Edward Chew Chun Hoe.
The event was witnessed by YB Dato’ Sri Huang Tiong Sii, the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources, Environment, and Climate Change. Solarvest Holdings Bhd (“Solarvest”) will serve as the preferred Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (“EPC”) Contractor for the consortium’s ambitious large-scale programs.

📜 Majlis Pertukaran Surat Minat (LOI)
Majlis pertukaran dokumen Surat Minat (“LOI”) itu telah berlangsung di Persidangan dan Pameran Teknologi Hijau serta Produk Eko Antarabangsa Malaysia (IGEM) 2023, Pusat Konvensyen Kuala Lumpur.
LBS diwakili oleh Pengerusi Eksekutifnya, Tan Sri Ir. Lim Hock San.
MGB diwakili oleh Pengarah Urusan Kumpulan, Datuk Wira Joey Lim Hock Guan.

林木生集团与创建集团引领再生能源领域
与 MGTC 战略合作
（八打灵再也 6 日讯） 著名发展商林木生集团（LBS） 旗下涉及建筑与房地产发展解决方案的子公司，即创建集团（MGB），宣布将与自然资源、环境与气候变化部下属机构——**马来西亚绿色科技及气候改变中心（MGTC）**进行战略合作，推动国家在绿色增长、减缓气候变化和绿色生活模式方面的工作。
🤝 财团及其主要目标
此次合作将建立一个由 林木生集团、创建集团、Midwest Green 私人有限公司（MWG） 以及 MGTC 所组成的财团。主要目的是通过将尖端绿色技术融入太阳能发电厂的下一个进化，包括：

意向书 （LOI） 交换仪式于今日在吉隆坡会展中心举行的 **2023 年马来西亚国际绿色科技环保产品展（IGEM 2023）**上进行。
林木生集团 由执行主席 丹斯里林福山（Ir. 注册工程师） 代表。
创建集团 由董事经理 拿督威拉林福源 代表。
MGTC 由集团总执行长三苏巴哈代表。
MWG 由董事拿督蓝立贤和拿督周俊豪代表。
此仪式由天然资源、环境及气候变化部副部长拿督斯里范长锡以及 Solarvest 控股集团董事经理林敬修和商业公用事业主管许添盛共同见证。Solarvest 控股 将作为财团首选的工程、采购与施工（EPC）承包商。
