1. The 999.9 Gold Bar 2 grams shall be given to eligible purchasers of Pangsapuri Kita Sejati who have executed the Sale and Purchase Agreement, obtained loan approval (where applicable), and have not breached any terms and conditions as provided on the Organiser’s website.
2. Eligibility of the Purchasers shall be subject to and in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions on our website below.
3. The 999.9 Gold Bar 2 grams are non-transferable, non refundable, and non-exchangeable for cash.
4. Kita Sejati Sdn Bhd (“the Organiser”) shall not be responsible for and shall not replace any lost, stolen, and/or destroyed 999.9 Gold Bar 2 grams.
5. The Campaign Period shall be from 12:00 a.m. on 16 February 2026 to 11:59 p.m. on 30 April 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
6. The Organiser shall not be responsible and/or liable for any damages, losses, or claims incurred or suffered whatsoever by you in respect of the purchase, redemption, and/or use of the 999.9 Gold Bar 2 grams.
7. The Organiser reserves the right to amend, suspend, vary, and/or discontinue the Campaign and/or any part thereof at any time without prior notice.
