On the 5th of January 2022, LBS held its annual media briefing. LBS surpassed its RM1.2 billion sales target, ending the year with RM 1.575 billion in property sales and plans to launch 14 new projects in 2022, covering Klang Valley, Johor, Pahang, and Perak – amounting to 3,733 units with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM1.77 billion.

4,386 homebuyers were eligible for the 1st lucky draw which comprised of 497 prizes. The selected homebuyers purchased their home with LBS from 1st January 2020 till 30th June 2021.
