Official Launch of LBS Fabulous Extraaaa 2022/23 Campaign

On 26th August 2022, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) held its Official Launch of LBS Fabulous Extraaaa campaign at LBS KITA @ Cybersouth Sales Gallery!

RM1.5 million worth of lucky draw prizes to be won. There will be extra cars, motorcycles, home appliances, entertainment systems and much more, to be given away to lucky purchasers.

LBS Fabulous Extra 2022-23 is a year-long campaign with a host of events awaiting homebuyers, details as follows:

26th August (Friday) – Official Launch at KITA @ Cybersouth Sales Gallery
27th & 28th August (Saturday & Sunday) – Merdeka Carnival at KITA @ Cybersouth Sales Gallery
3rd & 4th September (Saturday & Sunday) – Merdeka Carnival at LBS Alam Perdana
10th & 11th September (Saturday & Sunday) – Mini Activity at RBBJ
24th & 25th September (Saturday & Sunday) – Mini Activity at Prestige Residence

LBS Chairman Appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership by UNITAR International University

Tan Sri Lim Hock San, the Executive Chairman of LBS Bina Group Berhad has been appointed as an Adjunct Professor of Leadership by UNITAR International University in recognition of his exemplary leadership in spearheading LBS Bina Group Berhad and transforming the group into a household brand name and as one of the leading players in the property development industry.

The bestowment of Adjunct Professorship of Leadership to Tan Sri Lim Hock San also recognises his unwavering contribution in society, ranging from education, chamber of commerce to clan-based associations.

LBS Second Town Hall Meeting 2022

2022 Malaysian Housing and Property Summit

Tan Sri Lim was invited as a speaker at the 2022 Malaysian Housing and Property Summit. Tan Sri Lim joined a distinguished panel of speakers which included Tan Sri Lee Kim Yew, Founder and Chairman of Country Heights Holdings Bhd along with Sr Mohd Salem Kailany, President/Chief Executive Officer of UDA Holdings Berhad, to share their views on the theme of ‘Building Future Homes and Properties: Key Issues and Challenges Post-Pandemic’.

LBS & Pahang State Secretary Corporation

LBS entered into an agreement with the Pahang State Secretary Corporation to develop land at Genting Permai, via its subsidiary Casa Inspirasi Sdn Bhd.

LBS Bina 22nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”)

LBS Bina Group Berhad has concluded its 22nd Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) on 16 June 2022, which also happens to be its second AGM conducted in a fully virtual setting. LBS further announced that all 11 ordinary resolutions presented during the AGM for consideration were passed by its shareholders.

The Media Team recently held the LBS Iftar with Media Associates at the Mardhiyyah Hotel & Suites. To ensure a safe and conducive environment for all media members, the event was held at Seruling hall It was a great opportunity for all media members to mingle and build rapport whilst still adhering closely to the SOPs. Assistant General Manager, Amal Bin Abdul Aziz was interviewed by Harian Metro regarding Idaman projects and LBS’ future plans. Needless to say, LBS Bina’s first Iftar with the media was a success.
