Shareholders may inspect the minutes of LBS Bina Group Berhad’s Annual General Meetings at our registered office at Plaza Seri Setia, No. 1, Jalan SS9/2, 47300 Petaling Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan, in accordance with Section 342 of the Companies Act 2016. The minutes of the 25th AGM will be made available within 30 business days from the date of the meeting. Minutes and corporate presentations from previous AGMs can be accessed under their respective years.
