2024
Championed environmental stewardship through a beach clean-up at Pantai Remis to preserve marine biodiversity and a Gotong-Royong Madani at local schools.
Advanced educational opportunities through scholarship funds, infrastructure enhancements such as a new multipurpose hall and hostel, provision of essential supplies and equipment, and technology support for special needs children.
Promoted Alzheimer’s disease awareness and fundraising by sponsoring the Unforgettable Teresa Teng Charity Concert.
Uplifted communities with Ramadan charity for orphaned children, support for low-income families and elderly residents, and various welfare and assistance programmes.
2023
Extended our reach locally and globally through aid for Turkey and Syria, flood relief in Johor and Batu Pahat, festive care for old folks’ homes, school furniture donations, cultural celebrations, and restoration of police housing quarters.
Strengthened long-term partnerships with Kiwanis and Hospis while promoting community well-being through gotong-royong initiatives in PJ Lestari and local schools.
Continued to support schools while backing cultural and leadership programmes to nurture confident, future-ready students.
2022
Launched the Hardship Scholarship Fund with Genovasi University College, donating RM80,000 to support underprivileged tertiary students.
Continued our sponsorship of Ajar-Ajar Malaysia for the 3rd year, empowering underprivileged students with free tutoring.
2021
- Responded to flood crisis by donating to Perbendaharaan Negeri Pahang to aid flood victims.
- Awarded the Community CSR Award at the “iDEA 2021 Property Development Excellence Awards” for its exceptional pandemic support.
2020
- Donated RM 1 million to NADMA COVID-19 Fund and supplied PPE to local authorities during the lockdown.
- Held the first LBS Foundation Car Boot Sale.
- Planted 1,000 mangrove saplings in “Jom Tanam 1,000 Bakau”.
- Hosted a Charity Concert with partners, supporting Suriana Welfare Society’s COVID-19 food aid.
- Launched green efforts, including donating 500 soursop saplings through recycling initiatives.
- Ran “Make it a December to Remember” online cake sale fundraiser.
2019
- Awarded “Best CSR” at Des Prix Infinitus ASEAN Property Awards.
- Pledged RM 3 million to rejuvenate Kampung Kuantan Firefly Park.
- Advanced education through Virtual Run, UPSR clinics & free tuition centre with Ajar-Ajar Malaysia & TAR UC.
- Promoted health via Pink Ribbon campaigns, public health camp & RM 100,000 support to YASA Hemodialysis Centre.
- Backed community causes: Kiwanis Down Syndrome, Project REAL Sabah, recycling campaigns, school sports & band events.
2018
- Awarded “Company of the Year” at the CSR Malaysia Awards 2018, in recognition of its holistic CSR initiatives led by the Foundation.
2015–2017
- Partnered in educational outreach through programs like The Star Step Up & NiE and organized blood donation campaigns, Kiwanis motor treasure hunts, and other community initiatives with local associations and schools.

- LBS Foundation was officially launched on 6 June 2015 as the centralised CSR platform of LBS, to strengthen its corporate social responsibility efforts across four pillars: Health, Education, Environment, and Community.
