LBS PROPOSES 1.45 SEN DIVIDEND PER SHARE
Petaling Jaya, 17 May 2021 – LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS” or the “Group”), today proposed a first and final single-tier dividend of 1.45 sen per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2020 (“Dividend”) is subject to the approval of LBS’ shareholders at the 21st Annual General Meeting. The total dividend payout amounts to approximately RM22.6 million. In addition, LBS announced that the Dividend will be payable on 22 September 2021 to the shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors on 27 August 2021.
LBS executive chairman Tan Sri Lim Hock San commented, “We are pleased to reward our shareholders for their trust in LBS. Our dividend policy is 30% payout of our earnings. We have consistently paid out dividends and we will strive to uphold this practice as we continue to grow our business. We look forward to carry out our strategic plans for the remainder of the year.”
