Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San P.S.M, S.S.A.P, D.S.S.A, J.P.

Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Ir. (Dr.) Lim Hock San, J.P. graduated with First Class Honours in Civil Engineering from the University of Wales, the United Kingdom, in 1982. Upon his return to Malaysia, he joined the family business that then comprised lorry transportation and construction activities. Within two decades, the company had expanded to include holdings in the property development, insurance and tourism industries.

Tan Sri Lim was appointed the Managing Director of LBS on 6 December 2001. Combining excellent entrepreneurial skills with acquired management and technical experience, he has led LBS Group to become a leading player in the property development industry. On 1 March 2021, Tan Sri Lim was appointed as the Executive Chairman of LBS, following Dato’ Seri Lim Bock Seng’s retirement.

With excellent entrepreneurship, acquired management skills and experienced technical expertise, Tan Sri Lim became the Key Leader and spearheaded LBS Group to become one of the leading players in the property development industry.

These outstanding accolades were awarded personally to Tan Sri Lim:-

Tan Sri Lim is a brother of Datuk Wira Lim Hock Guan (Group Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer), Maj (Hon) Dato’ Sri Lim Hock Sing (Executive Director) and Dato’ Lim Mooi Pang (Executive Director). He is also a substantial shareholder of the Company.
