LBS FOUNDATION SUMBANG RM 1 JUTA KEPADA TABUNG COVID-19 NADMA
(Petaling Jaya, 22 April) LBS Bina Group Berhad menerusi sayap tanggungjawab sosial korporatnya, LBS Foundation menyumbangkan RM1 juta kepada Tabung COVID-19 Agensi Pengurusan Bencana Nasional (NADMA).
Ahli Lembaga Pemegang Amanah LBS Foundation, Tan Sri Lim Hock San menyerahkan sumbangan tersebut kepada Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Tugas- Tugas Khas), Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof di ibu pejabat NADMA di Putrajaya hari ini. Turut hadir ialah Ahli Lembaga Pemegang Amanah LBS Foundation, Datuk Wira Joey Lim; Timbalan Menteri di Jabatan Perdana Menteri (Tugas-Tugas Khas), Datin Mastura Yazid; dan Ketua Pengarah NADMA, Dato’ Mohtar bin Mohd Abd Rahman.
Tan Sri Lim Hock San berkata ““dalam tempoh krisis ini, LBS komited untuk membendung penularan pandemik COVID-19 dan berharap semua rakyat mematuhi garis panduan dan protokol semasa Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan yang diumumkan kerajaan. Kami berharap agar orang ramai sentiasa memantau kesihatan diri, keluarga dan rakan-rakan, dan bersama membantu para petugas kesihatan yang menghadapi keadaan mencabar ini”.
Tabung COVID-19 NADMA telah dilancarkan oleh Perdana Menteri pada 11 Mac 2020 yang lalu untuk membantu golongan rakyat yang paling terjejas,, khususnya B40 dan penganggur, apabila Perintah Kawalan Pergerakan (PKP) dikuatkuasakan pada 18 Mac 2020.
Sehingga 21 April 2020, Malaysia telah mencatatkan sebanyak 5,482 jumlah kes yang positif dan 3,349 jumlah kes telah pulih. Perkembangan positif ini menyaksikan, jumlah kes pulih didapati melebihi jumlah kes baru yang dikesan. Perdana Menteri telah mengumumkan tempoh lanjutan PKP sehingga 28 April 2020 untuk mengawal penularan wabak COVID-19 di Malaysia.
Sejak 18 Mac 2020, LBS Foundation telah menyumbang keperluan dan bekalan seperti khemah, kipas industri, air minuman, topeng muka pembedahan, cecair pembasmi kuman (hand sanitiser) dan sarung tangan kepada pelbagai organisasi untuk membantu melengkapkan keperluan barisan hadapan bagi membantu kelancaran proses pemeriksaan. Selain itu, LBS Foundation juga telah menyumbangkan sejumlah RM80,000 kepada Tabung COVID-19 di negeri Selangor, Pahang, dan Perak.

LBS FOUNDATION CONTRIBUTES RM1 MILLION TO NADMA COVID-19 FUND
(Petaling Jaya, 22 April) LBS Bina Group Berhad together with their philanthropic arm, LBS Foundation, contributed RM1 million to the National Disaster Management Agency (NADMA) COVID-19 Fund.
The mock cheque was presented by LBS Foundation Board of Trustees, Tan Sri Lim Hock San, to the Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Special Functions), Datuk Seri Mohd Redzuan Md Yusof at NADMA headquarter in Putrajaya today. Also present were LBS Foundation Board of Trustees, Datuk Wira Joey Lim; Deputy Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Special Functions), Datin Mastura Yazid; and Director General of NADMA, Dato’ Mohtar bin Mohd Abd Rahman.
Tan Sri Lim Hock San said “during this crisis, LBS Bina Group is committed to flatten the curve of the COVID-19 pandemic and hopes that everyone adheres to the guidelines and Movement Control Order protocols provided by the government”. “We sincerely hope that everyone will take good care of themselves, your families and friends, and those who work in our healthcare system who will be facing incredibly trying times in the weeks to come.” added Lim.
The NADMA-COVID 19 fund was launched by the Prime Minister on 11 March 2020 to aid citizens who were most vulnerable to the impact of the Movement Control Order (MCO), particularly the B40 and the unemployed, that was enforced on 18 March 2020.
As of 21 April 2020, Malaysia has recorded a total of 5,482 confirmed cases with 3,349 cases have recovered. On a daily basis, the number of recovered cases has surpassed the number of new cases detected. The Prime Minister has announced the extension of the MCO until 28 April 2020 to observe further the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak in Malaysia.
Since 18 March 2020, LBS Foundation has contributed supplies such as tents, industrial fans, drinking water, surgical masks, hand sanitisers and gloves to various organisations in order to better equip the frontliners during the screening process. Besides that, LBS Foundation has donated a total of RM80,000 to the state of Selangor, Pahang, and Perak COVID-19 Fund.

(八打灵再也 22 日讯) 林木生集团 (LBS) 通过集团旗下的企业社会责任平 台-林木生集团基金会,捐献 100 万令吉予国家天灾管理机构 (NADMA) 所设立的新冠肺炎 (COVID-19) 抗疫基金。
林木生集团基金会信托人丹斯里林福山今天在位于布城的 NADMA 总部移 交模拟支票,由首相署部长(特别事务)拿督斯里莫哈末礼端代表 NADMA 接领。出席者包括首相署副部长(特别事务) 拿汀玛丝杜拉,NADMA 总监 拿督莫达,以及林木生集团基金会信托人拿督威拉林福源。
丹斯里林福山说:“在今次危机期间,林木生集团致力协助拉平新冠疫情 曲线,并希望每个人都遵守政府落实的行动管制令和各种指标。”
他补充,“希望每个人都能照顾好自己、家人和朋友,并向在这段期间不 畏艰辛,为全国人民守护健康的医务人员衷心致谢。”
