TV9 Interview with Dato Cynthia for LBS & Goodnite Home Makeover Campaign

During the official launching of the LBS and Goodnite Home Makeover Campaign that was held in the KITA @Cybersouth Sales Gallery,  Tan Sri Lim Hock San participated on exclusive television interviews with TV3, 8TV, Astro Awani and Vanakkam Malaysia. He shared with on The Group’s performance on 2022 and overview for 2023.


  • LBS Bina has been active in collaborations recently. What is your motivation behind these collaborations? 

Aside from building quality and affordable homes, we are constantly searching for ways to give back and bring value to our community, especially to our customers. Collaborations like these allow us to reward them in innovative and inspiring ways. 

  • The collaboration with Goodnite is quite a unique one, what are the objectives of this collaboration?

Goodnite is a renowned national brand that manufactures quality beddings and furniture that we are proud to associate our brand with. Homeownership is a significant milestone, but definitely not an easy one. On top of buying the house itself, they will need to furnish their homes before moving in. With this collaboration LBS homeowners stand a chance to win a complete makeover for an interior space of their choice worth RM150,000.

  • We were told that all of LBS projects will be entitled to this Home Makeover campaign. Since we are at it, can you share with us some of the projects that LBS will be launching this year and its location?

Klang Valley – 2,118 units; total GDV – RM1.1 billion

Pahang – 642units; GDV RM482 mil

Perak – 184 units; GDV RM49 mil

Johor – 1,077 units; GDV 487 RM487 mil
