MGB Interview with The Edge

Tan Sri Lim Hock San joined an interview with The Edge. The interview comprised of insights about MGB Berhad profile and updates. Also discussed were the development of IBS as well as large-scale projects jointly cooperated by MGB and the Selangor State Government known as Rumah Selangorku Idaman MBI (Idaman).

Star TV Interview

Tan Sri Lim Hock San shared with the Star TV Interview on his journey after taking over the position as Executive Chairman of LBS. Amongst them were the pandemic challenges, digitalization, venturing into tourism with SCAPES Hotel, etc. Some things don’t change, and in this case, it would be how LBS remained as the ‘People’s Developer’. Budget 2022 set to revitalize the housing market, the five visions of property developers

BERNAMA Interview

In an exclusive interview with BERNAMA, LBS Bina shared its collaboration with both local and foreign investors to develop part of the Melaka Waterfront Economic Zone (M-WEZ). The interview also comprised of discussion on project launches for 2021, where Tan Sri shared on LBS’ plans to launch 16 projects with a GDV of RM2.65bil.

On the 8th of September 2021, LBS Executive Chairman, Tan Sri Lim Hock San did a virtual interview with BFM. The interview covers topics on the impact of COVID-19 and lockdowns on businesses and how did LBS address the challenges. The interview with Malaysia’s first business radio station was intended to share how businesses were affected by the prolonged lockdown.
