Mercu Jalil

Mercu Jalil is an on-going project by LBS in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Mercu means summit, peak, or mountain peak, which suits our project site location is in one of the highest peaks in Bukit Jalil. The project builds on a 5.43acres, 99 years leasehold of residential title land. It consists of 2 towers which are Tower A and Tower B with a total of 1,360 units, whereby each tower has 680 units.

There are 2 types of unit which is Type A with 1,000sf and Type B with 1,200sf. Both types have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and selling from RM 460,000 onward.
