LBS #DUDUKRUMAH DEALS 2.0 TO PROMOTE HOME OWNERSHIP
Petaling Jaya, Selangor, 15 January 2021 – Looking for cool property deals? In conjunction with MC0 2.0, leading township developer LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS) running #DudukRumah Deals 2.0 marketing campaign.
Under the campaign, homebuyers can book selected LBS participating projects under Home Ownership Campaign (HOC), during 13th January 2021 to 31st January 2021 with just RM200, and enjoy free 1.0hp air conditioner. Other highlights of this #DudukRumah Deals campaign include moving in cash incentive for selected property only, free Memorandum of Transfer (MOT), legal fees and disbursement fees on the SPA, free legal fees and disbursement fees and Stamp Duty on loan agreements.

Early June, LBS has extended the #DudukRumah Deals marketing campaign until 31st December 2020 due to overwhelming response.
