A Double Milestone, BSP21 Recorded As Development With Most Facilities, Completed Ahead Of Schedule

Kuala Langat, Selangor, 14 January 2020 – Award-winning township developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad (LBS), garnered another record-breaking feat for its BSP21 development, with its entry into the Malaysia Book of Records (MBOR).

With a total of 103 facilities, the BSP21 project is now recorded as the ‘Most Number of Facilities in a Residential Development’ in Malaysia. The historic milestone made it a double celebration with the final blocks of the project completed well-ahead of schedule. Comprising 2,602 units spread over 10 blocks of 18-storey and 27-storey apartments, BSP21 apartment blocks sit atop three podiums connected by sky bridges and green spaces.

This certificate presentation ceremony, held at the BSP21 Service Residence, was witnessed by YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, Menteri Besar Selangor; Tan Sri Danny Ooi, Founder and Advisor of Malaysia Book of Records; Christopher Wong, Chief Operating Officer of Malaysia Book of Records and Tan Sri Lim Hock San, Group Managing Director of LBS Bina Group Berhad. The event was also attended by YB Dato’ Mohd Amin bin Ahmad Ahya, Selangor State Secretary; Ahmad Ashraf Asnan, Menteri Besar Incorporated Selangor Chief Corporate COO Office; Mohd Helmi bin Mohd Yusof, Chief Financial Officer of Permodalan Negeri Selangor Berhad and Tuan Mohd Jusni bin Hashim, Kuala Langat District Officer.

Boasting over 100 lifestyle-inspired facilities and amenities across a generous 8 acres of space, BSP21 is described as ‘wellness lifestyle serviced residence’. These lifestyle facilities were engineered and carefully allocated for multi-level generation living, catering to residents of all ages. Some of these lifestyle facilities include spectacular swimming pool of the size of 19 badminton courts combined, as well as a 66,000 sq ft clubhouse spread over four levels.

The project is easily accessible via five major highways such as the North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), South Klang Valley Expressway (SKVE), Maju Expressway (MEX), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS) and Damansara-Puchong Highway (LDP). During a recent visit to Bandar Saujana Putra, Selangor Menteri Besar, YAB Dato’ Seri Amirudin bin Shari, announced the construction of a new flyover at BSP roundabout connecting SKVE to ELITE will start immediately to promote smoother traffic flow. The new flyover which built by LBS is expected to be completed by 2021.

BSP21 is surrounded by amenities such as leading retail outlets (IOI City Mall Putrajaya, IOI Mall Puchong, Giant Putra Height, Alamanda Shopping Mall, Sunway Pyramid and Subang Parade); and educational institutions such as MAHSA University in Bandar Saujana Putra, Limkokwing University of Creative Technology, Multimedia University Cyberjaya, University College of Medical Sciences Cyberjaya and ELC International School.

In addition, residents of BSP21 will enjoy greater convenience from upcoming amenities, including upcoming primary and secondary schools, multipurpose hall as well as facilities like bank, clinics, eateries, petrol stations, police stations and convenience stores.
