Launching of IRIS GARDEN 2  @ Bandar Saujana Putra Affordable Homes Series No. IV

11 August 2009, Selangor – The Affordable Homes Series No. IV: IRIS GARDEN 2 was unveiled at the soft launch in its show unit at Bandar Saujana Putra over the week end. 42% of the 48 units released under Phase I during the soft launch were sold so far.

Iris Garden 2 is the extension of Iris Garden, the single storey link house, which was launched in February. The overwhelming response of Iris Garden has pushed all works for launch of Iris Garden 2 six months ahead of its original schedule. The 220 units of Iris Garden have been fully sold within 2 months after launching. Its sister project, the 200-unit Ruby Garden, has also been fully taken up within 1½ months.

Launching of Series of Affordable Homes III TOPAZ II @ Bandar Saujana Putra (Double Storey Link Houses)

29 July 2009, Selangor – LBS Bina Group Berhad, an established property developer listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, has officially launched its 67-unit Topaz II in Bandar Saujana Putra today.

Buyers continued to stream into the sales office at Bandar Saujana Putra to snap up 20% of the Topaz II, double storey link houses (18’ x 55’), after its soft launching last week end.

The launching of Topaz II is one of the products under the affordable homes series planned for Bandar Saujana Putra. The single storey residences of Iris Garden (220 units) have been fully sold in a period of 2 months since its launching in February this year. The 200-unit Ruby Garden, which was launched in May has also been fully taken up within 1½ months.

20 May 2009, Selangor – LBS Bina Group Berhad, an established property developer listed on the Main Board of Bursa Malaysia, has launched its 200 single storey link houses, Ruby Garden in Bandar Saujana Putra.

The overwhelming response for the single storey residences of Iris Garden has pushed LBS to schedule its launching for Ruby Garden ahead of its plan. Despite the prevailing economic conditions, LBS has achieved encouraging sales results for its Iris Garden. This 220 units single storey link house project has been fully taken up within a period of 2 months since its launching in February this year.

7 May 2009, Selangor:  Bursa Malaysia Main Board property developer, LBS Bina Group Berhad has through its wholly-owned subsidiary, LBS Bina Holdings Sdn Bhd entered into a Project Management Agreement with Astana Modal (M) Sdn Bhd for the development of housing and commercial project on a piece of 175-acre land in Puchong, Selangor.

The signing of this Project Management Agreement today has increased its existing land bank to about 2,700 acres located in Klang Valley, Perak, Cameron Highlands, Johor and Zhuhai China.
This project is strategically located in Puchong, one of Klang Valley’s most vibrant and established township. This superb development will be well connected via LDP and it also accessible from ELITE Expressway linked by the Approved Cloverleaf Interchange-Putrajaya in near future.  This interchange, which is developed by PKNS and targetted to be completed in year 2009, will be interlinking with most integrated townships like Puchong, Seri Kembangan, Putrajaya, Cyberjaya and KLIA.
