Petaling Jaya, 13 July 2010 – LBS Bina Group Berhad (“LBS”) has sealed the agreement with MIMB Investment Bank Berhad (“MIMB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of EON Bank Berhad as its principal adviser and lead arranger for the RM135 million Sukuk Programme today.
